over the years, people have struggled to take my pizza recipe and recreate it successfully without having first made it with me - so, to ensure success, we'll cover all my tricks to making pizza that over time have landed deep-dish pizza as one of my most celebrated dishes we begin by creating pizza dough - while being the same basic dough recipe, it is prepared using several different methods to allow for a variety of individual approaches in future settings... as it rises, we prepare a basic pizza sauce and suggest numerous possible variations, the pizzas are assembled, baked and eaten (of course, the best part!) |
